Side dish made with crimson clover sprouts
- 200 gr crimson clover sprouts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 gr unsalted butter
Brown the garlic in the butter on low flame into a large frying pan; add sprouts and cook for 3 minutes on high flame. Serve as vegetables with poached eggs.
