The Rocket belongs to the family of Cruciferae. Its very small seed is round-shaped
and brown coloured. Rocket sprouts are ready to be eaten in 5/6 days. If it is
excessively watered during the germination process, an external jelly-like
membrane may appear, which often favours moulds.

Phosphorus and Magnesium. They have appetizer and diuretic properties, as well

Cold pasta with mussels and rocket sprouts
- 300 gr boiled and cooled pasta
- 500 gr mussels
- 50 gr sprouts
- 100 gr cherry tomatoes
- 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
- Grated lemon peel
Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper. Serve with sliced lemon.
